These folks were professional, courteous, easy to work with (all over phone & email), and got my ticket dismissed! I mostly worked with Anne who was wonderful. She took down my information, told me what I needed to send them, & explained what she thought the fees and penalties were (I had no idea, it all seemed like made up charges). Then John followed up with an email after it was all done. I didn’t have to go to court, either, which was great. I would use their services again if I need to. – Chrystal D.
